AirPrompt guide
How AirPrompt handles your data
Live scripts and viewer links
Your script and playback controls travel through the AirPrompt server so the controller and viewers can stay in sync. This is not an offline or device-only tool. Anyone with a viewer link can read that room; share links only with people you trust.
Temporary rooms and saved documents
Live rooms are temporary and may expire after inactivity. A service restart clears active rooms. Keep a separate copy of important scripts. When you sign in and save documents, they are stored with your account on the server for later use.
Sign-in and browser storage
Signing in is optional for creating an anonymous room. Google sign-in shares the profile information needed to identify your account, such as your name and email address. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser also remembers access to rooms you control and your last room.
Contact messages
The contact form sends your optional email address, message, and IP address to the site operator so they can respond and investigate problems. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or confidential scripts in this form.
Service operation and analytics
The server processes connection information and request logs to operate the service. If usage analytics is enabled, it can collect page visits and device or browser information. Room and viewer pages are excluded from the site analytics tag. Script text is not included in analytics events.
Questions about your data
Use the contact form for data questions or requests concerning your saved documents. You can also delete saved documents from your signed-in document list.
